Donations to CHIA
for the 2nd Annual Conference

The 2nd Annual CHIA Conference — which we expect will draw 350 participants — offers you the opportunity to communicate with others who share your interest in providing services to limited English speaking clients.

All conference participants will receive a program booklet that will include information about the sessions and presenters. The booklet will be something participants will keep and refer to after the conference, as it will include important resources.  This booklet could include information about your organization or individual service.

CHIA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.  Your donation is tax-deductible

             1. Program Brochure Donations:

For a donation of $400 or more, you receive a full 8½”by 11” page
For a donation of $250, you receive ½ page
For a donation of $150, a ¼ page
Business cards can be included for CHIA members for $20 and for non-CHIA members for $50. (10 cards will fit on one page)

             2. Exhibitors:

Booth space is available for a donation of $100, which includes a display table.

Note that these low fees do not include conference registration or materials.

Information For Donors wanting material to be included in the Conference Program:

We ask that your announcement include a greeting of some kind to distinguish your donation to CHIA from a commercial advertisement.  (CHIA needs your donation to be able to count this as "Public Support" with IRS!)

For example: you can borrow text from our mission statement:

ABC joins CHIA in its mission to “increase equal access to healthcare”

DEF upholds CHIA’s goal of “Developing & promoting the healthcare interpreter profession” by providing training at our various locations

GHI joins CHIA in working for culturally and linguistically appropriate services

JKL, like CHIA, provides education and training to healthcare professionals

Or you can offer congratulations, endorsements, or other promotions.
